One of the services provided by Transcargo BV is the organisation of transport to and from all European countries. In this newsmessage we will discuss our transport activities to and from Italy. We have focused on Italy since the start of our company. In our early years this was mainly conventional road transportation but since last year this has been significantly expanded to include intermodal transport (transport over railways). With a fixed connection from A to B, this form of transport is particularly suitable for the transportation of heavy goods. It is even possible to load up to 28 tons. From our permanent base in Milan, we arrange further distribution in Italy for both intermodal transport and groupage shipments. Naturally, we still remain a specialist in high volume road transport.
